Short
in stature
Pure
in heart.
We
knew we loved you
From
the start.
You
touched our lives
Each
and every day
You
filled our thoughts
In
so many ways.
Although
you have left us
You
will always be near
For
you pygmy friend
Were
special and dear.
A
rare find you were
The
richest of treasure
And
for the joy that you brought us
We'll
love you forever.
-Keira Engelke

These
are some special friends that were taken from us. May they find the
rainbow bridge---the special crossing for loved animals where the grass is
always green and the days always sunny. Those that have never loved a goat
won't understand, for those that have....I need say no more!

Ari
was a special girl and is greatly missed. We never got anything from her but she
made an impact on the style that we chose to focus on in our herd. Love ya Ari
girl!

RSRCH
Fir Meadow Krystal
Meadow
was Sue's girl and her favorite doe. She was a quiet doe that always had
to inspect new arrivals in the kidding stall and was a great mother---she
cherished her kids. We have a daughter and 3 granddaughters to carry this doe on
in our lines.

Raz
Zoo's Snicker Doodle
1999-2003
Never
a show animal, "Cookie" was ours briefly as a kid. We then sold her to
a friend and she kidded with twin does. Cookie was sold to a third party and
soon returned home to us. She was a great mom and a very sweet natured doe.

Bizzy
Acres Miracle
1995-2003
This
dark caramel doe had quite a few kids in her lifetime including our former doe
PGCH Bizzy Acres Miracle's Calley. The fall of 2002 brought us twin does
from this gal. Miracle made quite the impact on our herd.

SuKe's

was born with her head turned back but alive. She lived for just one week.
She was a fighter all the way.She was a sweet girl who died in her sleep one day after she
lost the fight for life.

SuKe's Locust Kids Ramona
June 2004-October 2004

In 2005 we experienced a tremendous
amount of grief in several pet's passing. We hope that we do not have to lose
this many again for quite some time.

KC (Keira's Cat) was born May 1993. She was hit by a car Jan
2005. She was a great mouser who died happy with a mole in her
mouth.
This was my first parrot Sasha---I had her for just over 1
month when I found out she had not been fed right as a youngster and had to be
put down! I was devastated! She was a remarkable bird and enriched my life
very much. I will not forget her.

Geneva was one of our favorites. Sweet as sugar and a
joy to own---she fostered (shared really) twin kids in 2004. She and her twins
are together over the rainbow bridge. We are glad we have her twin girls
Sicely and Abeni.

Can't
seem to find an older pic of her right now. Rhonda threw gorgeous babies for us
and placed 1st in her class several times as a JR Doe. She died giving
Mulligan to us 3/17/06 due to a ruptured uterus. She was a great mother.

2004-October 2006

Elysa
died in a freak accidental hanging in October 2006. She will be missed.

Passed
away following a stroke April 24, 2007 She was a wonderful first llama for
us and we will miss her greatly!

This
tiny girl lived for just 6 days before passing on. She was quite the little
love.
Born
and died Spring 2008

In
August 2008 we had 2 pitt bulls break into our show doe pen at 11 PM. Sue heard
the noise and ran out stopping what could have been a total loss from occurring.
At the end of the horrific events our lovely doe, Buffalo Gil's Hope who had
just won her first GCH win a couple of weeks prior had to be put down, she was
simply too injured to survive.
Our
little joy Taylor had 12 punctures to her neck and shoulder. She survived bloat
and partial paralysis to make a complete recovery. Fir Meadow Xaviera also had 3
small punctures and had no ill-effects.
Hope
was sweet and special. She will be missed.
